Tawa Paneer Qeema

Ingredients:
Mince ½ kg
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Onion (chopped & fried) 2
Ginger (chopped) 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Lemon 2
Cottage cheese 2 packets
Mint leaves ½ bunch
Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Green chilies (sliced) 4
Cooking oil 1 cup

Method:
  1. On a large griddle, put together ½ kg mince, salt to taste, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp turmeric. Cook untill water dries.
  2. Add in 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 4 sliced green chilies and 1 cup cooking oil. Fry well.
  3. Cut 2 packets of cottage cheese into cubes, shallow fry separately till golden brown.
  4. Now spread the fried cheese on top of mince.
  5. Also add 1 tsp crushed black pepper, juice of 2 lemons, chopped coriander and chopped mint leaves. Fry well.
  6. Now dish it out, spread top with 2 tbsp ginger juliennes, mint leaves, coriander leaves, sliced green chilies and fried brown onion.
