Ingredients:
Mutton chops ½ kg
Capsicum chopped 1
Onion chopped 1
Yogurt 250 gm
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves as required
Oil 4 – 5tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Water ½ cup
Green chilies few
Method:
- Heat 4 – 5 tbsp oil in a pan, add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg mutton chops. Fry well till its color is changed and water dries.
- Now add 1 chopped onion, 250 gm yogurt, salt to taste, a few chopped green chilies and ½ cup water. Cover and simmer on low flame for 20 – 25 minutes.
- Then remove lid, add 1 chopped capsicum, ½ tsp black pepper powder and chopped coriander leaves. Fry very well.
- Now dish it out and serve hot.
