Ingredients for sauce:
Boneless breast fillet 4 flatten
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Flour 4 tbsp
Egg 1 beaten, mixed with 1 tbsp milk
Corn crumbs ½ cup
Bread crumbs ½ cup
Tomato 1 cut into tiny cubes
Cucumber 1 cut into tiny cubes
Onion 1 small cut into tiny cubes
Salad leaves as required
Ingredients for sauce:
Mayonnaise ½ cup
French dressing 2 tbsp
Sweet Chatni 1 tbsp
Mustard1 tsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken fillet with salt, pepper, mustard and vinegar.
- Toss in dry flour, dip in egg and milk mixture then in combined crumbs to coat, deep fry in frying pan until golden.
- Slit burger buns, toast slightly spread with butter and mayonnaise, put salad leaves, chicken, chopped vegetables, drizzle lavishly with sauce and serve immediately.
