g button mushrooms, sliced

tablespoons vegetable stock

tablespoons sour cream

teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Method:
1. Cook
pasta in boiling water in saucepan following packet directions. Drain, set
aside and keep warm.
2. To make sauce, heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 4 minutes. Add stock and sour cream to pan and cook for 2 more minutes. Stir in parsley and spoon sauce over pasta. Toss to combine and serve. (Serves 1 person.)
