Ingredients:
6 cups stock
4 mushrooms
1 cup cabbage
1 piece ginger
2 spring onions
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp dark soya sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Ingredients for Wonton:
4 Samosa strips
100 gm chicken mince
1/4 tsp onion (chopped)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
oil for frying
Method:
6 cups stock

Ingredients for Wonton:
4 Samosa strips
100 gm chicken mince

Method:
- Put 6 cups stock in pan and let it cook till it starts boiling.
- Now add 1 cup cabbage, 1 piece of ginger, 4 mushrooms, 2 spring onions, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp soya sauce and 1/2 tsp sesame oil, mix well and turn the flame off.
- Mix together 100 gm chicken mince, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Cut samosa strips* in squares, fill with prepared filling mixture. Cover, seal with oil and fry in hot oil till its colour turns to golden brown.
