Ingredients:
1) Sugar - 1 tbsp
2) Salt - to taste
3) Chinese salt - 1/2 tbsp
4) White pepper powder - 1 tbsp
5) Food colour (red or orange) - 1 pinch
6) Chicken boneless (shredded) - 200 gm
7) Cabbage - 40-50 gm
8) Carrot - 40-50 gm
9) Tomato ketchup - 1 cup
10) Lemon juice - 1 large lemon
11) Cornflour - 1/2 cup
12) Eggs - 3
13) Chicken powder - 2 tsp
14) Chilli sauce - 15 ml
15) Prawns - 100 gm
How
to cook:
1. Boil 2 & 1/2 cups of water.
2. Now add chicken powder and mix well. 3. Then add sauce, spices, sugar, chicken and prawns and cook for 15-20 minutes.
4. Now add ketchup and vegetables and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Beat eggs and add in the soup, stirring slowly and continuously.
6. Now mix cornflour in al little water, avoiding lump formation, also add food colour in it and slowly mix in the soup.
7. Add lemon juice in the end, cook for 10 minutes and serve.
