Ingredients:
Fish fillet 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Egg half
Flour 2 – 3 tbsp
Desiccated coconut 2 – 3 tbsp
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Chili garlic sauce ¼ cup
Salt to taste

Method:
- Cut fish into cubes, marinate with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp crushed red pepper, half egg and 2 – 3 tbsp flour. Mix well.
- Now coat with 2 – 2 tbsp desiccated coconut and deep fry on low flame till golden brown.
- For making sauce mix together ¼ cup chili garlic sauce, salt to taste, ½ cup mayonnaise and a little black pepper. Add a little water to make in desired consistency.
- Serve with fried fish.
